At least 24 people have been killed and 42 wounded after a car bomb rocked Kabul just before 7:00 am Monday, an interior ministry spokesman told AFP.
"The car bomb hit a bus carrying employees of the ministry of mines during rush hour," the official, Najib Danish said.
