Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Arish International Airport in Egypt which resulted in the death of an officer and the wounding of two others, Bahrain News Agency reported.

The Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a statement, offered its deep condolences to the family of the victims and wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured.

The ministry stressed Bahrain's firm support of Egypt and its relentless efforts to confront violence and terrorism in all its forms.
