The death toll of Barcelona terror attack reached 13, the Telegraph said.

Dozens others were injured after a suspected terrorist crashed into a crowd of people on a pavement in a popular tourist area of Barcelona.

Earlier in the day, Spanish police said two people are feared dead and at least 20 others believed to have been injured in the attack.
