Neo-Nazi Anders Behring Breivik, who killed 77 people in 2011, said Thursday he would take his case over his "inhumane" prison conditions to the European Court of Human Rights after Norway's Supreme Court refused to hear it.
"We're going to take the case to Strasbourg as soon as possible," Breivik's lawyer Oystein Storrvik told AFP. "We've always been prepared for the possibility that our case before the Norwegian courts may not succeed."
