Turkey's foreign minister on Wednesday told Germany to decide if it wanted to treat Ankara as a friend or foe, as a bitter row between the two rumbled on.

"Germany must decide if Turkey is a friend or not," Mevlut Cavusoglu said in Berlin after talks with his German counterpart Sigmar Gabriel, stressing that "there is no benefit to having bad relations with Germany".
