Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov discussed in a telephone conversation the latest developments in the region, especially those related to efforts to reach a political solution to the Syrian crisis.
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry said in a press statement that the two sides affirmed during the communication continued cooperation and coordination in order to reach a political solution to the crisis on the basis of UN Security Council resolution 2254.
