Lebanese Prime Minister Saaed el Hariri surprisingly attended on Thursday the first session of the Annual Arab Banking Conference, which is organized by the Union of Arab Banks.
Yesterday, Hariri said he will put his resignation on hold pending talks with the rest of the Lebanese government.
Upon his arrival, Hariri entered the hall amid a thunder of applause. He then checked hands with Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit.
