The BBC's Wyre Davis has told BBC News that firefighters have brought in a "hi-tech, unmanned ladder" which is able to direct water right at the middle of the tower, where the fire took hold again earlier.
"Their biggest concern is to put out the fire and make sure the building is safe."
"There doesn't appear to be anybody alive in the building now", but added there were fears that, as firefighters work their way up the tower block, "they may find more bodies".
