Lebanese Prime Minister Saaed el Hariri honored on Thursday Tareq Amer as the best Arab Central Bank Governor for 2017.

This came within the activities of the opening session of the Annual Arab Banking Conference for 2017, which is held under the theme "A Twinning Partnership: Reconstruction and Development".
