Egypt hosts Modern Pentathlon World Championships

About 28 countries will participate in the Modern Pentathlon World Championship, due to be held in Cairo from Aug 21 to 28 at Pegasus Dreamland Club in the 6th of October city in Giza governorate.
The participating countries are Argentina, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, England, Guatemala, Hungary, the US, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, S.Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Ukraine, and Turkey, in addition to Egypt as being the host nation
The Pentathlon Championship will bring together 93 male players, 73 female players and 159 managers from around the world.
Four Egyptian male players and four other female players will compete in the world tournament. 
President of the International Union of Modern Pentathlon (UIPM) Klaus Schormann will lead a delegation 31 people to follow up the tournament’s matches.
