Egypt's volleyball team coach expresses happiness for clinching 5th place

Egypt's National Volleyball Team Coach, Brazilian national Marcos Miranda expressed Friday his happiness after his team reached fifth place in the FIVB Volleyball Men's U23 World Championship by beating its Japanese counterpart.
Miranda said that he was satisfied with his team's performance in the tournament, praising his team's ambitions to compete for top positions in the championship.
He also commended the way the tournament was organized, adding that it felt like as if it was an Olympics and not FIVB world championship.
In addition, he praised the Egyptian fans, describing them as extraordinary fans, saying he feels comfortable in Egypt and that he now feels as if he is an Egyptian.
He expressed his desire to remain coach of Egypt's national volleyball team, expressing his wish to honor his contract with the Egyptian federation.
