The cabinet's Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) on Thursday denied media reports that the new sports law would inflict harm on the sports clubs.

In a report, the IDSC said that the Ministry of Youth and Sports stressed that the media reports are totally false and groundless.

The ministry affirmed that the new law broadly opens the door to effective and required community participation.
