Egypt and Zamalek's football legend Hamada Yahia El Horyia Emam, well known as Hamada Emam, died Saturday at the age of 67.

Emam has passed away at an Armed Forces hospital after a battle with illness.

Born in November 28, 1948, Emam is the son of the Zamalek legend Yehia Emam and the father of Zamalek's current football director Hazem Emam.

Hamada Emam was also a former army officer, who had retired at the rank of colonel.
