Showtime says it has ordered a fifth season of its New York-set dramedy \"Nurse Jackie,\" starring Edie Falco. EW.com said former \"Dexter\" executive producer Clyde Phillips has signed on to be the series\' new show-runner. Production on the fresh episodes is to begin in late 2012, but no season premiere date has been announced yet, EW.com said.
