Hot conditions are forecast to prevail in much parts of the country for the coming three days, while it will be relatively hot in the hilly areas, the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD) said.
Northwesterly moderate to brisk winds blowing dust in the desert regions are also forecast.
Daytime temperatures expected in the capital for today will reach 34 degrees Celsius, in the northern and southern governorates they will register 32. Mercury levels are forecast to drop at night reaching 21degrees all over the country, while temperatures in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 41 degrees sliding to 27 at night, the JMD added
