Rainfall hit parts of UAE late on Thursday afternoon, lowering temperatures and bringing respite from the sweltering summer heat.
According to the National Center of Meteorology & Seismology, there was moderate rain over Al Ghail, north of Manama, and light rain over Adhan.
The rain was due to clouds in the eastern part of the country.
The NCMS has also warned of dusty winds and humidity over the weekend.
There are also videos of hail storm in parts of Saudi Arabia.
According to social media reports, heavy hail was seen in Tanumah area in Saudi Arabia.
