Alexandra Fullerton has announced that after seven years as fashion director of Stylist magazine, she will leave the publication today (3 August) to go freelance. Alexandra will be styling editorially and commercially, consulting for an array of brands and writing three books; the first, a style guide published by Pavilion, is out next spring and will be followed by two more books (both on my favourite subject - shoes) published in 2019.
She will also be turning #thedailyshoe on her Instagram into an online editorial site and will continue to tweet too. In addition, she has a new e-mail address and website details.
