The American jewelry brand headed by sisters Danielle Snyder and Jodie Snyder Morel has revealed the first details of an upcoming shoe line.
Six and a half years after the brand's launch, the Dannijo girls have taken another step towards their aim of accessorizing women from head-to-toe.
After launching bags for the Spring-Summer 2014 season, the designers have turned to footwear, signing a deal with Eric Rutberg of Transparent Footwear Inc. (which has created shoes for LAMB and Badgley Mischka).
"Like jewelry and handbags, shoes finish the look and dictate overall style which is why we're so drawn to the category," said Danielle. "Ultimately, the Dannijo aesthetic really lends itself to shoes."
The debut collection will consist of 24 styles with prices ranging from $250 for flat sandals to $450 and up for boots. All the footwear will feature the brand's signature jewelry designs, from jewels and beading to Swarovski elements and metal accents.
