John Varvatos Fragrances has announced the launch of Artisan Acqua, a new scent that combines a citrus blend with accents of spices and herbs. The fragrance comprises top notes of tangelo, mandarin, paradisamide, galbanum, lentisque and angelica root; with heart notes of clary sage, lavender, coriander, toscanol, basil, geranium, palmarosa and jasmine sambac; while moss, patchouli and fir balsam form the base. The fragrance is the result of a long-standing collaboration between Varvatos and Givaudan senior perfumer, Rodrigo Flores-Roux. The attention to detail and craftsmanship seen in John Varvatos garments and leather goods are brought to life in the fragrance packaging, with each bottle hand-woven from natural materials.
