The premier said that the state had to restore control on these lands which are the whole people's own, adding that over a period of time, key decisions were delayed, so such problems worsened and became severe and finding solutions for them requires much efforts and time.
The political leadership and the state with all its bodies had to find a decisive solution for the situation, he said.
"Confrontation is the feature of this stage. It requires difficult and Life decisions so it was the president's decision in a few day to restore the state-owned lands," he said.
The governors, upon the decision, were assigned with forming an action force to join the concerned state bodies under the protection of police and the Armed Forces to restore these lands, he said.
In a few days, the law enforcement force made an achievement and positive step on the track of restoring the rights of the Egyptian people on its lands, said the prime minister.
He estimated the total construction encroachments which have been counted at 168.5 million square meters, of which 118 million were removed.
