Minister of State for Environmental Affairs Laila Iskandar on Tuesday left here for Warsaw, Poland, to take part in a UN ministerial meeting on climate change. The conference of the parties to the UN signatories of the climate change agreement is being held on November 11-22. It is expected that up to 100 countries will attend the gathering. Also, NOGs and international research centers will participate. The participants are seeking to hammer out a new agreement by 2015 on climate change.
