A golden bat in Bolivia has been described by biologists as a new species, according to the BBC.
Upon examination of specimens, it was suggested the existence of a different species thought to live only in Bolivia. Its most distinctive characteristic is its very short golden-yellowish woolly fur.
There are over 100 species of mouse-eared bats in the world.
