Hyundai Motor Co., South Korea\'s leading automaker, said Tuesday that its October sales jumped 13.6 percent from a year earlier, fueled by strong overseas demand for its vehicles. The carmaker said it sold a total of 364,809 vehicles overall last month, up from 321,259 units sold a year earlier.
