If you can say Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale before it hits 0-100kph in 3.4 seconds, then you need to learn to speak more slowly as nobody probably understands a word you say. This is the maddest Gallardo to date. Why it’s so angry is anyone’s guess – it should be happy considering it’s coated in that gorgeous Rosso Mars red paint. It looks a treat, and the matte black finish on the rear engine bonnet, spoiler and on the air intakes looks great too. The 19in alloys have been finished in high-gloss black and you can spec the roof in the same colour if you like. The Super Trofeo Stradale is 70kg lighter than the already lean Gallardo LP 560-4, weighing in at just 1,340kg thanks to the lightweight construction and carbon fibre all over the place. The 570bhp 5.2-litre V10 is mated to a paddle-actuated robotized six-speed transmission helping it to blast to 200kph in just 10.4 seconds. It tops out at an ear destroying 320kph. If you want one, better hurry – just 150 are being made.
