The Sousse-based Tunisian-Swiss automotive innovation company will soon manufacture an environmentally-friendly solar-powered car called "Libellule", Henri-Philippe Sambuc, President of Swiss Group Catecar, designer of the vehicle, announced on Tuesday at a meeting to present the project.
