Jeep is bringing out several new special editions/concepts of sorts for the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. Set to be unveiled in just a few weeks, the Jeep Compass Black Look Concept, Grand Cherokee Sports Concept and the Wrangler Mountain Edition will all be displayed on the showroom floor.The Jeep Grand Cherokee Sports Edition is a production-intent concept that features Mopar parts and wears a set of unique gloss-black 20-inch aluminum wheels.Sans roof rack, the Sports Edition Concept has a white finish with black accents. The accents are seen around the Grand Cherokee\'s grille, headlights, side mirrors and lift-gate. A platinum chrome lower fascia and mesh grille really give the SUV a stylish new look. The interior features carbon fiber and Nappa leather.The Jeep Wrangler Mountain Edition is loud. Bright \'Geecko\' green paint jumps out at you upon first glance of the special edition Wrangler.More subtle colors such as Bright White, Dozer and Black Forrest Green along with a standard black are also available for the Mountain EditionIn terms of styling, the Wrangler receives a Mineral Gray grille and 17-inch wheels along with plenty of Mountain Edition badging. Both 2- and 4-door versions will be available. Slated for production in the U.S. and abroad, several different engine options will be available.Jeep\'s efficient 2.8-liter turbocharged diesel engine will be available, rated at 200hp and 340 lb-ft of torque. It will be paired to a five-speed automatic gearbox with Electronic Range Select tech. The new 3.6-liter V6 Pentastar engine will also be available, putting out 284hp and 256 lb-ft of torque and mated to the same automatic tranny. Last up is the Jeep Compass Black Look Concept. The name basically explains itself, as it is a blacked-out Jeep Compass.The exterior of the Compass Black Look is finished in black and wears a gloss-black trim with accents on the front, side-steps, side mirrors and 18-inch aluminum wheels. The (presumably also black) interior features leather seats and front and rear sill covers. The UConnect multimedia navigation and entertainment system has also been added, along with a 6.5-inch touch screen. A DVD player and premium sound system have also been installed. The Black Look Concept runs on a 2.2-liter turbocharged diesel unit rated at 163hp and 237 lb-ft of torque. It runs on the active Full-Time Freedom Drive all-wheel-drive system.The Jeep Wrangler Mountain Edition, Grand Cherokee Sports and Compass Black Look Concepts will all be making their respective debuts at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, kicking off on March 6th.
