Renault Samsung Motor Co., the South Korean unit of French automaker Renault SA, said Sunday that it will launch a completely new model of its flagship SM7 sedan in August. The carmaker said the all-new luxury car will represent a \"full model change\" from the current SM7 vehicle launched seven years ago.
