Russian police say they\'ve returned a camera and a memory card to Estonian journalist Igor Taro, who was arrested in the Pskov region for filming without official accreditation to work as a journalist. The Estonian TV and Radio Company, for which Taro works, said the journalist was charged with “illegal filming on foreign territory,” but that he had already been released and taken to the Estonian consulate. It also stated and that his equipment was taken by the police, who promised to return it with all the data removed. The Company stated that Taro was working on material related to the Russian presidential race, and that he interviewed a regional representative of the Putin campaign, as well as a local Communist party representative. Taro is set to appear in court on Friday.
