President Abdel Fattah El Siai gave on Saturday an interview to TASS news agency and the Russian TV on the progress of the Egyptian-Russian relations after the June 30 revolution as well as means to further boost them.
In the interview, Sisi expounded his vision on the developments in Egypt and the situation in the region, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
He praised stances of Gulf states, especially Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, supportive of the Egyptian people's will.
Earlier in the day, Sisi gave another interview to German Der Spiegel in which he tackled a number of important topics including the developments Egypt was going through for the last four years since 2011 revolution.
He also answered questions related to correcting the religious discourse and spreading the moderate teachings of Islam.
He talked about international efforts to combat terrorism and means of boosting ties with Germany.
