High TV 3D, the US-based three dimensional entertainment channel, is to launch free to air in the Middle East and North Africa, courtesy of UAE satellite broadcaster YahLive. The channel broadcasts a variety of content, covering the genres of news, entertainment, drama, comedy, films, and fashion in addition to reality TV shows produced in-house. High TV 3D will broadcast 400 hours of native 3D content during its first year and add 500 new hours of native 3D content every year. "The Middle East and North Africa is an important market for High TV 3D and we are excited to be the first and only channel that brings the very best in 3D lifestyle and entertainment programming to audiences across the whole region," said Eric Klein, chief executive, High TV 3D.
