Yonhap News Agency, South Korea\'s key news service, on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding with the government to become the host news agency for next month\'s global development forum in Busan, officials said. Under the agreement, Yonhap News will provide extensive coverage of the 4th High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, to be held from Nov. 29 through Dec. 1 in the southern port city of Busan, aimed at setting forth a new paradigm of international development aid.
