Syndicate of Journalists Secretary General Hatem Zakaria affirmed that any one involved in allowing the access of media men from Brotherhood channels will be held accountable.
A committee was formed to probe how Al Jazeera and Brotherhood channels managed to wire a sit-in staged by some journalists inside the syndicate's HQ over the inking of the maritime demarcation agreement with Saudi Arabia.
The committee's meeting scheduled on Wednesday was deferred to Saturday. It was to notify the syndicate's security personnel to attend for testimony, which did not happen.
The probe will also investigate allowing some politicians into the syndicate's HQ, a matter that would drag the syndicate into political issues.
