Jordan Television (JTV) on Saturday announced that it will give candidates at greater municipalities in the August 27 municipal elections a chance to appear on air to explain their campaign programmes. Jordan Radio and Television Corporation Director General Ramadan Rawashdeh said the candidates will be given free airtime on JTV, with each having one minute to talk about his/her platform. The rest of the candidates will be given a chance to have a one-minute telephone call on air.
