Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Atef Helmy denied on Tuesday news reports claiming that the government will ban the use of Viber and WhatsApp applications. Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, Helmy asserted that the ministry has no relation with applications\' content and will not ban their usage in Egypt.
