Kevin Hart led hundreds of fans on a run through Piedmont Park in Atlanta, Ga., on Friday.
The 35-year-old comedian tweeted Thursday that he was "in the mood" for a "spontaneous 5K run" and invited his Twitter followers to join him.
"Only come if you're serious about running," Hart wrote. "This is about health and challenging yourselves....let's be great together people."
The run was part of Hart's collaboration with fitness app RallyHealth. The Get Hard star said in a statement last April that he wants to help people "make better decisions about their health and wellbeing."
Hart, who reportedly completed the run in 21 minutes, urged the crowd to take on a healthier lifestyle.
"At the end of the day I'm a comedian but I love to live, I love to laugh," he said. "I think that's what's important. When you can live you can laugh."
