Russian President Vladimir Putin

The official website of the Russian president welcomes visitors to its updated version, which will be available for all Internet users by midday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Wednesday, saying the upgraded website will open at 8 am Moscow time (5 am GMT) on April 8.
"The website has a new look; it is more easier to use, more convenient and more modern. Don’t miss this event," he told reporters.
Peskov said President Vladimir Putin knew about the new version giving instructions as to its contents, but declined to go into detail.
The website appeared in the early 2000s and has been updated several times since then. The present version was designed in 2009. From 2003, the website has the English-language version, and from 2004 — the version for children.
News about president’s work, transcripts of meetings and sessions, photos, video footage of events with participation of the president, documents signed by the Russian leader, information about the activity of the Kremlin administration, councils and commissions at the Russian president are posted on the website.
