The Supreme administrative court rejected during a session on Monday two contests to annul a previous ruling to stop the transmission of Aljazeera Misr channel on the Egyptian satellite, NileSat.

The contests had been filed by the ٍState Lawsuit Authority and Aljazeera Satellite channel administration.

The State Lawsuit Authority had filed the contest on behalf of the prime minister as a representative of the government but the court said the premier has nothing to do with the case and decided to reject the contests.
