Palestinian Hamas movement denied on Tuesday Israeli reports that it was training Palestinian students in Malaysia.

Such reports are baseless, Spokesman for Hamas movement Hossam Badran said.

He described such accusations as an attempt by Israel to prevent Palestinian people from studying abroad.

Earlier, the Shin Bet security service claimed Hamas is training West Bank Palestinian students in Malaysia to conduct operations as part of the organization’s military wing.
