Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar said the ministry is keen on offering all needed facilities for Libyan students.

During a meeting on Tuesday with Libyan cultural adviser in Cairo Zeinab Haron, Abdel Ghaffar underlined the historical ties binding the two states.

The two sides tackled means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the higher education domain.

The minister pledged to remove all obstacles facing Libyan students in Egypt.

The Libyan official thanked the Egyptian side for supporting Libyan students in Egypt.
