Houston Mayor Annise Parker became an honorary citizen of Seoul on Wednesday in recognition of her contributions to the city's development, the Seoul metropolitan government said Wednesday.
The mayor, who arrived with a business delegation on Sunday, is scheduled to receive a certificate of honorary citizenship from Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon later in the day.
