 The widow of late South Korean President Kim Dae-jung plans to contact North Korean officials to discuss the details of her planned trip to the communist nation, an official here said Thursday.
The Kim Dae Jung Peace Center in Seoul notified the unification ministry Wednesday of Lee Hee-ho's plan to communicate with the North's Asia-Pacific Peace Committee, the ministry official told reporters. The committee handles inter-Korean affairs, including joint economic projects.
