French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen failed to hold a meeting with Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdullatif Darian as she refused to cover her hair, National News Agency correspondent reported on Tuesday. 

"I did not wear any veil when I met with Sheikh al-Azhar," the National Front leader said while leaving Dar-al-Fatwa.
