U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama left here on Sunday for the United States after a three-day cultural visit.
She was seen off at Siem Reap International Airport by Bun Rany, the wife of Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, and Education Minister Hang Chuon Naron.
The first lady was in the Southeast Asian country to promote her "Let Girls Learn" global education initiative.
During her stay, she met with Cambodian female students to encourage them to focus on schooling. The U.S. first lady also delivered a speech before hosting a roundtable with community representatives and civil society members on girls' education project.
She visited the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Angkor Wat Temple on Saturday.
Michelle is the first U.S. first lady to visit Cambodia, the second leg of her two-Asian nation trip which also included Japan.
