Scientific Research Minister Sherif Hammad will head for Germany later in the day on a five-day visit to discuss ways of boosting scientific research between the two countries.

The minister, who will be accompanied by a host of officials from the ministries of housing, military production and the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), will also get acquainted with the latest wastewater treatment technologies in Germany.

In statements, Hammad said that he will visit a number of German stations of sewage treatment in order to implement several joint projects in this sphere.
