Cell phone 4G services will be launched at the end of the year, Communication and Information Technology Minister Yasser el Qady said.
On the sidelines of an inspection of a number of telephone exchanges and post offices in Alexandria, the minister said frequency bands for 2G and 3G services will also be provided during this year.
The minister had inaugurated earlier Borg Al Arab and Smouha telephone exchange buildings and their customer service centers.
