Ambassador of the U.A.E. to Spain, Dr. Hissa Abdullah Al-Otaiba , has activated the new electronic authentication system under supervision of delegation of IT, Consular Services, Financial Affairs Departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
Earlier, the MoFA delegation trained the consular section employees on the use of the new e-authentication software system.
Meanwhile, Ambassador of the U.A.E. to Portugal, Sheikha Najla Al Qasimi, oversaw the activation of the new electronic authentication system in the presence of the members of the U.A.E. diplomatic mission, information technology experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and members of the consular section of the embassy.
Earlier, the MoFA information technology delegation trained the consular section employees on the use of the new e-Authentication printing software.
Ambassador Al Qasimi thanked the delegation for their efforts and lauded their professional training skills for ensuring the successful implementation of the new system.
She noted that the use of the new system is part of MoFA's efforts to elevate customer service delivered to Emiratis and others.
