The domestic liquidity hit 1.922 trillion pounds at the end of February 2016 with an increase of 157.2 billion pounds during the period from July to February of the fiscal year 2015/2016, a report by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said on Tuesday.

The quasi money rose by 133.8 billion pounds, according to the report.

The money supply went up by 23.4 billion pounds, the report added.
