Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project will be completed soon to curb Islamabad\'s existing energy crisis, an Iranian envoy said.Iran\'s Ambassador to Islamabad Mashaallah Shakeri said his country has almost completed due work on Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project and now its Pakistan\'s turn to complete the remaining work of the project. Speaking to President of Rawalpindi Chambers of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) Jawed Bhatti, he said Iran was fully aware of the energy needs of Pakistan and has already offered supplying electricity on cheaper rates. He stressed Iran wanted to enhance the trade relations with Pakistan on priority basis. \"Iran is keen to enhance bilateral trade with Pakistan,\" he said, and stressed that it is need of the hour to endorse trading activities between the two neighboring countries. Shakeri said Iran was eager to promote the bilateral trade with Pakistan and focused to establish direct relations between the business communities of both sides. \"The Iranian embassy will provide every possible facility to the Pakistani businessmen community in this regard\", he said.
