A group of Bahrain Airport Service (BAS) staff participated in an annual human resources (HR) development international conference organized by Bahrain Society for Training and Development (BSTD) under the patronage of Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan.

Hana Abdul Wahid, SR. Manager Human Capital in BAS , said: "As part of our strategy, the company is keen to participate in community activities, especially those related to the training and development of its employees' skills. In order to improve the performance of the employees who prepare the company's human resources, which will contribute to improving BAS’s work and expanding its scope of work".

The conference was organized under the title "Engaging employees to enhance productivity", during which a series of working papers and case studies were presented, reviewing the relationship between employee integration and quality and productivity, as well as improving customer services through staff integration
