Vice President of Brazil Michel Tamer placed a floral garland on the statue of martyrs in Down Town Beirut Saturday. Tamer, currently on a visit to his country of origin, was joined by Defense minister Fayez Ghosn and State Minister Marwan Kheir El Dine.
